Welcome to our Rhône Roundup Wine Tastings
This week we are touring the Rhône, stopping off in Châtaueneuf-du Pape, Cornas, Côte Rôtie, and Croze Hermitage. Tastings include wine tasting notes, description, maps, appellation detail and food pairing ideas and are held on Wednesdays at 4pm to 7pm and Saturdays at 12pm to 5pm. Tasting are led by our professionally trained French chef and Sommelier and also an investor in a winery in Sainte Cecile-les-Vines, near Orange, and has spent many days walking on the palettes of Châteauneuf-du-Pape. She might bring a bottle or two to the tastings! |
